Occupational Health & Safety Files
HSE SA specializes in developing safety documentation and helping contractors compile site-specific Health and Safety files. These files include legally required documentation such as Legal Appointments, Registers, Toolbox Talks, Safety Plans, Risk Assessments, Fall Protection Plans, etc. Consultants implement the file and train staff on its maintenance, ensuring compliance with Construction Regulations.
HSE SA also compiles site-specific Safety Plans in response to client Safety Specifications, negotiating with Safety Agents for approval. Any necessary changes during this process are made at no additional cost, meeting regulatory requirements efficiently.

Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, 130 of 1993
Employment Equity Act, 55 of 1998
Occupational Health and Safety Act, 85 of 1993
Unemployment Insurance Act, 30 of 1996
